Beastly Business Project PI, Prof Rosaleen Duffy, recently wrote an essay for the Pride in the Field Initiative and Geography Directions. In the essay she reflects on key areas for creating and running diverse and inclusive teams. This includes thinking through the social life of the project, encouraging collaboration and creativity, and the need for tailored support for each team member. She hopes it will open space for reflection, questioning and discussion.
